A member of the evening primrose family like evening primrose, willowherb is a herbaceous plant that grows naturally and easily in all temperate regions of the northern hemisphere. It is identifiable by its good-sized flowers which appear between the months of June and September, displaying a beautiful bright color which tends towards pink-purple, and also has fruits which resemble linear capsules oscillating between red and brown. These contain a large number of seeds which are dispersed in the air to allow this plant to reproduce.
